The state of Florida won't give up its presently illegal power to regulate the destruction of wetlands without worrying about collateral damage to endangered critters. And one congressman is pushing an amendment that would undercut the federal court that said giving Florida's developer-friendly regulators the power to do that was wrong. Read more on our Blog page.
